Remittance Address
If the payment does not agree with the exact amount of the invoice a notation or explanation of the difference should be made. If a copy of the invoice cannot accompany the payment, the remittance information should contain the invoice number, date, amount and an explanation if the payment is not exactly as shown on the invoice.

Return of Equipment
In the event the State of Texas Government Entity (“Customer”) decides to return equipment under the Contract that has been delivered but not used, the Customer must contact the Canon Authorized Reseller from which they obtained the product. To cover the return expenses, a Return Charge Fee of 15% of the original purchase price may be payable by the Customer. Upon request by the Customer, and at the Customert’s expense [as covered by the Return Charge Fee], Canon's Authorized Reseller, shall assist in the packaging and return shipping of the equipment so terminated by the Customer. Such services, if requested, are outside the scope of the Contract and do not relieve the Customer of its return or payment obligations hereunder. The Government must deliver a valid Delivery Order for such services prior to performances of such services. Canon's Authorized Reseller will conduct a timely inspection of the returned products and within a reasonable timeframe of the return, and will assert a claim if the equipment appears to have been used.
